Actions Sapphire Roofing is Taking in Response to Covid-19

As conditions continue to change, Sapphire Roofing has been taking precautionary actions to mitigate exposure and reduce the impact of COVID-19 on our customers and employees. We are committed to providing safe and reliable service to our customers, and are working in accordance to The Public Health Agency of Canada recommendations to help prevent the spread of germs and viruses.

Sapphire Roofing employees have been instructed to take precautionary measures to mitigate their and your exposure to limit the risk of infection. Some of those precautions include:

• Frequent hand washing and use of sanitizer
• Avoiding touching mouth, nose and eyes
• Keeping the required distance from others
• Staying home if they are sick
• Practicing social distancing
• Working from home
• Taking online meetings
• Avoiding non-essential travel
• Staying up to date on Public Health Agency of Canada updates and following all guidance

We will also be adapting to support our customers and keep them safe. Some of those precautions include:

• Keeping working crews under the amount of 5
• Practicing social distancing
• Using our online technologies to measure and quote to eliminate the need to enter customer's home
• Transitioning all customer meetings to online / over-the-phone conversations
• Avoiding non-essential travel
• Staying up to date on Public Health Agency of Canada updates and following all guidance
